So long as you limit your interactions with the site to watching videos you’re unlikely to expose any personal information while on the site. How to Remove Information from YouTube
Create a new gmail account that isn’t associated with your name or identity. From this account you can post videos and leave comments without exposing your identity. Visit your account page. Click the privacy tab. Make sure that all of your likes and subscriptions are set to private.
